Product Introduction

Fuerman concrete curing agent, also known as concrete protective agent or concrete curing liquid, is a new type of polymer formulation prepared using modern high technology. It is a liquid film-forming compound with a wide range of adaptability. The product is water-based, non-toxic, non flammable, and easy to use. When sprayed on the surface of concrete or mortar, this curing agent can quickly form a colorless, impermeable film when the water evaporates to a certain extent, which can prevent the evaporation of water in concrete or mortar, reduce concrete shrinkage and cracking. One ton of curing agent can save 2000 tons of water.

Maintenance effect

Concrete treated with concrete curing solution has good water retention. When constructed under conditions of 5 ℃~40 ℃, the strength of concrete sprayed with curing agent exceeds that of concrete cured by covering with straw bags and watering. The shrinkage is reduced by about 45%, and the bending strength is also significantly improved. The surface wear resistance of concrete pavement cured with this agent is improved by about 30-40%. The use of this agent for curing concrete surfaces does not affect their finishing work. This product is non-toxic, non flammable, non corrosive, easy to operate, and the site is clean.

Scope of use

1. Suitable for curing concrete under dry, waterless, hot, and windy climatic conditions;

2. During summer construction, the original color is maintained after film formation, effectively reducing the surface temperature of concrete and generating a lower and uniform temperature energy field, greatly reducing concrete shrinkage caused by uneven temperature, and reducing surface cracking and fissures. The use of curing agents can provide concrete with a comprehensive effect of shading and curing. Suitable for large-area exposed concrete, such as highway pavements, airport runways, floor slabs, dams, channel linings, pipelines, chimneys, cooling towers, etc;

3. Suitable for various concrete panels and indoor concrete floors that are difficult to water and maintain;

4. Surface curing of various mortars.
