Special plasticizer for precast concrete

Product Introduction

This precast concrete specific plasticizer is a high-performance chemical additive that has been carefully developed and formulated. It can significantly improve the early strength performance of concrete, enhance its strength and durability, shorten construction time, and improve production efficiency.

5. Shorten demolding time, accelerate production mold turnover, shorten or even eliminate steam curing processes, and save energy and reduce consumption.

Scope of use

Suitable for the production of cement-based building materials, various precast concrete components (PC components): engineering prefabricated parts, precast wall panels, beams and columns, stairs, etc.

usage method

1. Dosage: It is recommended to add 2% of the total mass of the cementitious material. The specific dosage should be determined through experiments based on the raw materials, mix proportions, and construction requirements of the concrete.

2. Mixing: Add this plasticizer together with the concrete raw materials into the mixer, and the mixing time should be moderate to ensure that the plasticizer is evenly dispersed.

3. This product has a water reducing function and does not require the use of additional concrete water reducing agents.

4. Construction: Pour, vibrate, and cure according to normal concrete construction techniques.  

matters needing attention

1. This plasticizer is a colorless or slightly yellow liquid and should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.

Before use, a concrete mix ratio test should be conducted to determine the optimal dosage and construction process.

When used in combination with other additives, compatibility tests should be conducted.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: This product is packaged in ton drums or transported by tanker trucks.

Storage: The shelf life is 12 months, and the recommended storage temperature is 5 ℃ to 35 ℃.
